| Ingredients | 15% Kentucky certified – 30% perennial raygrass certified, 15% hard fescue certified, 15% creeping red fescue certified, 25% chewing fescue certified. |

| Step 1 | Mow the lawn very short. |
| Step 2 | Rake vigourously. |
| Step 3 | Spread the seeds in 2 applications. Apply half from left to right, the other half from front to back. |
| Step 4 | Water thoroughly using a light water spray. Keep soil moist for 2 to 3 weeks. |
| Note | For best results, apply lawn fertilizer for spring, summer or fall depending on the season. |
